Sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines should all be cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and tension balanced on a regular basis for trouble free use.

Most problems and expensive repairs are prevented by this basic service. This service, called “COA” (Clean Oil & Adjust), needs to be performed by a factory trained repair person and is recommended at least once a year for active use and once every two years for occasional use.

• Accessory tray and all other sewing accessories

All repairs are completed in the order they come in.  If we determine your machine needs additional parts beyond what was originally quoted and approved by you, we will call you for additional approvals before ordering the parts & completing the repair.

Appointments are available for regular cleaning/tune-ups or for customers who live out-of-town and are in need of a repair.  Machine must be dropped off by 10:00 AM on the date of the appointment and we will make every effort to have machine ready by close of business that day.  Call today for availability.
